At Graysons Venues we manage all of the catering services and event and conferencing sales on behalf of our clients at stunning and unique venues.
This includes managing the two bustling restaurants and bar at a Private Members Club in St James as well as room service to their 83 hotel rooms and running the commercial conferencing business on their behalf. We run the Rooms on Regent’s Park conference venue and hotel on behalf of a historic Royal Medical College, and we operate the restaurants, cafés and events at the British Library and Christ Church Spitalfields amongst others.
You will find us serving a high end private dinner for a handful of people to catering for awards dinners and conferences for hundreds of guests and everything in between.
The secret to our success is that you won’t find any two of our venues the same, we tailor make the service and the food in each of our sites to fit perfectly to the customers’ needs. We work with likeminded clients who share our values and believe in quality fresh ingredients, top chefs, and fabulous service, and we have a team of talented and passionate people who really care.
Our food ethos is simple, we use the best and freshest ingredients from our local supply chain and we empower our chef to create!
We try to use seasonal British ingredients wherever we can so our restaurant and conferencing menus are seasonal and include modern takes on traditional British dishes as well as some fabulous dishes with more wider influences.
We like to think our seasonal menus, created quarterly by our venue chefs and our Executive Chef Barry Nichols, will cater for every eventuality. However, for that extra special feel whatever the event our chefs will work with you to create a menu for your very own event. Whether its canapés, a formal dinner, finger food, or lunch in one of our restaurants we want you to be wowed by the presentation (and sometime our simplicity) and overwhelmed by the taste.
